Salisbury processes personal data to enable it to carry out facilities management, provide services and to promote its business. In all cases, data subjects retain the right to access, view, rectify and delete personal data held by Salisbury.

All data is processed in accordance with The Data Protection Act 2018 (GDPR) and in accordance with ISO 27001 standards.

Salisbury’s website does not store personal data, however temporary internet files (cookies) are used for anonymised traffic analysis. Salisbury does not track user browsing activities beyond its webpages nor attempt to identify users via devices or browsers.

Information sent through the online contact form is relayed to a secure mail system and is deleted from the website server, and then further deleted from any Salisbury system in accordance with our Document Retention Policy.
